With a standing seam metal roof, we install continuous panels from the ridge or the roof to the eaves, with seams connecting the panels by fasteners that are raised above the level of the roof. We offer two types of fastening systems:
    1. Hidden fastener panels: With this system, the fasteners are concealed beneath the standing seam panel material. This is a good option if aesthetics is important. This system is commonly used on residential and commercial structures.
    2. Exposed fastener panels: With exposed fasteners, the head of the fastener is visible and not hidden by a seam. This type of fastening system is less expensive and common for agricultural or industrial buildings and storage units.

Both EIFS and stucco come in a wide variety of colors and textures, and we can customize colors to your home or business.

    EIFS, also known as synthetic stucco or Dryvit, is a multi-layered exterior finish with four layers – foam insulation board secured to exterior wall surface substrate, base coat of acrylic or polymer-based cement material applied to top of insulation, reinforcement mesh embedded in the base coat material, and textured, decorative finish coat that offers protection.

  • What is Stucco?

    Stucco is a decorative exterior finish made of sand, cement, lime, and water that has seen a resurgence in popularity because it is affordable, durable, noise-resistant and relatively maintenance-free. It can be textured and tinted and has versatile design capabilities.
